You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Flodoc a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it. Flodoc does not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal content, suggestions, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by qualified professionals before submission. Flodoc does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Flodoc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Payment and Billing

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flodoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Flodoc harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
